Kata Kunci : Teknologi, Pelayanan Kesehatan, Sistem Informasi Kesehatan, Data, Evaluasi Sistem The HOT-Fit framework is one of the evaluation models used to assess the success of health information system implementation through three key dimensions: human, organization, and technology. This study aims to review the application of the HOT-Fit framework in evaluating the success of hospital information systems. A systematic review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method, with articles published between 2014 and 2023 retrieved from the PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases using the keywords “Hospital†AND “HOT-Fit†AND “Human Organization Technology-Fit.†This review includes nine articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results show that the HOT-Fit framework has been applied to various types of information systems, including EMR, HRIS, CDSS, and cloud-based systems, across countries with diverse geographical and institutional contexts. All three dimensions remain relevant, although their emphasis varies depending on local context and evaluation objectives. Several studies also integrated HOT-Fit with other frameworks such as TOE, TAM, and FITT to broaden the scope of analysis. In conclusion, HOT-Fit is a flexible framework that can be applied independently or in combination, and remains relevant in evaluating health information systems across diverse healthcare settings.Referensi
